ABOUT MARIANO GALEANO & ASTRIA
Mariano Galeano and Astria are internationally renowned Tango Argentino dancers, choreographers and teachers.
They have recently performed as soloist Tango couple in the Opera “Maria De Buenos Aires” at the Pfalztheater Kaiserslautern and are currently touring with the show “We Call It Tango” and “Tango En Red”. They are based in Brussels and Wiesbaden and are performing and teaching internationally with regular classes in Germany and Belgium.
Mariano Galeano, from Buenos Aires, has been dancing tango from a young age. He studied dance and theater at the University of IUNA, danced in renowned companies including Otango, was a judge in the world championships of Tango and toured with his own show: Tangauchos.
Astria received her Bachelor of Dance from Codarts, Rotterdam Dansacademy, then continued her career in New York with major tango and modern dance companies such as Graham 2 and Tango Argentina and became US Champion in the Argentine Tango Salon in 2019.
